Programme-specific teacher development days

Some departments organise teacher development days where all teaching staff gets together to receive important education updates or work on educational design, assessment, evaluation or activities.

SEEDS can also play a role during these teacher development days. The didactic and technical support staff is happy to discuss wishes and possibilities with programme directors and coordinators. In the past, SEEDS has led sessions on formulating learning objectives or filling in test matrices. Depending on the needs of lecturers, new sessions can also be developed.
