Bulk emails and newsletters are sent using Maileon.
Leiden University uses Maileon to send large volumes of emails to staff, students, and external recipients. Maileon fully complies with GDPR and security standards, so please do not use MailChimp, Campaign Monitor, or other mailing platforms.
