The ISSC (ICT Shared Service Centre) helpdesk offers ICT support to all users of university workplaces.

Helpdesk portal

The helpdesk portal is your  starting point for any questions or requests concerning ICT or other facility services? Here you can ask a question, submit requests, report an issue and search for solutions. You can also track the status of your request in the helpdesk portal.

Can't find the information you need in the helpdesk portal? Submit your question via the helpdesk portal or call the helpdesk, tel. +31 71 527 8888 (weekdays 8.30 - 17.30). 

ICT support for teachers and students

The helpdesk has a dedicated educational IT support desk, for both teachers and students. There are two ways of requesting help:

  1. Visit the helpdesk portal and select the ‘Teaching support & digital learning environments’ tile.
  2. Call the helpdesk +31 71 527 8888 (weekdays 08.30 - 17.30). Choose ‘teacher support’ from the menu and you'll be put through to the right person. 

ICT desks

There are also ICT desks in a number of university buildings. You can visit an ICT desk with questions concerning IT and your university workplace.

Reporting incidents

If you have discovered a vulnerability in one of our systems, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible. Please report data leaks, phishing and other such incidents to the ISSC Helpdesk. Read more about reporting incidents.
