Including photographs in image database

If you wish to include images in the image database, you can do so under the following conditions:

• You have an agreement with the photographer or maker that the University may use the image in question for its , the person portrayed has given you permission to use the image

If you have any doubts concerning this, do not include the image in the image database without first contacting the photographer and the person in the photograph.

Using photographs in image database

You may use the images from the image database for the following:

• The University website
• A University newsletter
• University printed materials

If you wish to use a photograph for some other purpose, you need permission from the photographer. This probably involves additional costs.
