Meeting rooms
The Faculty Club offers various rooms where meetings can be held in a quiet setting. These rooms are also suitable for receptions or drinks. The style of the rooms is in keeping with the ambience of the Academy Building.
For large official gatherings of up to 50 people, you can reserve the Faculty Club restaurant, while various rooms are available for meetings of smaller groups: the Canal Room, the Bilderdijk Room, the Blue Room, the Dining Room, the Rector’s Room and the Curator’s Room.
The Canal Room
The Canal Room looks out onto Rapenburg.
- Meeting. lunch or dinner: up to 18 people
- A smartboard and flipchart are present in the room
- Space is suitable for a U-arrangement or carree (up to 14 people)
- Space is suitable for a theater setup (up to 25 people)
The Bilderdijk Room
- Meeting or lunch: up to 14 people
- A laptop connection and flipchart are present in the room
- Space is not suitable for a U-arrangement
The Blue Room
- Meeting, lunch or dinner: up to 12 people
- A smartboard and flipchart are present in the room
- Space is not suitable for a U-arrangement
The Dining Room
- Meeting. lunch or dinner: up to 14 people
- A laptop connection and flipchart are present in the room
- Space is not suitable for a U-arrangement
The Rector’s Room and Curator’s Room
- Meeting: up to 10 people
- Reception: up to 30 people
- WiFi
The rooms are separated by folding doors and can be used either together or separately. The Rector’s Room looks out onto the terrace and is furnished with modern armchairs. The Curator’s Room has a large oval table with 12 period chairs.
Packages
The Faculty Club offers several packages for meetings and gatherings. They can be for a half-day or a whole day: tea and coffee or soft drinks with biscuits and candies. You can combine this with a lunch, drinks or dinner. Please contact the Faculty Club for more information.
Audio-visual facilities
The rooms in the Faculty Club have modern equipment: LCD flatscreen, sound systems, multimedia projectors or digital television and internet.
