The Expertise Center for Online Learning (ECOLe) is the go-to place for support for all faculty members at the Faculty of Humanities. We provide assistance with all questions related to didactics, professional development, and the use of digital tools in teaching.

What happens with your question?
Our team is ready to answer your questions. If we don’t have the answer, we’ll investigate or connect you with the right colleagues within the university, such as from the Education and Student Affairs Office (OSZ), the ISSC, the University Library, or LLInC.
What is ECOLe?
ECOLe is a collaborative partnership between various departments within the Faculty of Humanities. Since 2024, more departments have joined this partnership to offer a wider range of support in educational development and digitalization, including:
- Didactic advice
- Guidance on using educational tools like Brightspace, FeedbackFruits, Wooclap, Wooflash, Ans, and more
- Support for the BKO certification process
- Individual coaching for instructors
- Peer reflection sessions with colleagues
- Assistance with creating digital exams
- Support for educational innovation projects
- Organizing expertise sessions like lunchbytes, workshops, and the Education Parade
