The members of the various co-participation bodies are democratically elected. This happens during university elections.

Your most important rights and obligations as a student are laid down in the Student charter. How this statute is implemented is detailed in various faculty and educational regulations, for example your study programme’s Education and Examination Regulations (OER in Dutch).
