Approach to Master’s recruitment
Our target group for the recruitment of master’s students is broad: it includes Leiden bachelor’s students, Dutch pre-university and university of applied sciences graduates, and bachelor’s and saster’s students from abroad.

Programme accreditation
Degree programmes must be assessed and accredited once every six years to ensure they provide a high standard of education. You may be asked to speak to the assessment panel.

Other streams of income
Alongside the funds that the faculties receive from the Executive Board, they can obtain extra funds from other funding bodies for their teaching and research. These extra sources of income are termed the second and third income streams.
