Update on Laboratory Renovations and Refreshing of Classroom Facilities Pieter de la Court
After months of renovating, refreshing, and rearranging, the educational environment in the Basement will be back in use starting 28 October 2024.
And it has turned out beautifully! We hope that students and teachers will enjoy using the refreshed environment, which now offers more light as well as space for students to relax or chat in the lounge area of the Basement.
What has been done so far?
- Two new large lecture halls have been added to the educational section (A-wing).
- The self-study room (the open area with green chairs in the basement) has been refreshed, and more glass has been added for increased natural light.
What to expect?
In the spring of 2025, the new labs in the Basement will follow, and the complete renovation of the Basement will be finished.
Thank you for your patience and understanding regarding the (noise) disturbances you may have experienced. We hope you can hold on a little longer until the labs are ready as well.
