Evaluation of the Dutch Fast-Track Liquidation Transparency (Temporary Amendment Act)
Leiden University's Company Law department will work with research agency SEO to conduct an evaluation of the Fast-Track Liquidation Transparency (Temporary Amendment Act) for the Research and Documentation Centre (WODC) of the Dutch Ministry of Justice and Security.
