Gianclaudio Malgieri at the Privacy Symposium 2024 in Venice

Gianclaudio Malgieri, Associate Professor of Law and Technology at eLaw, was invited to speak at the third edition of the prestigious 'Privacy Symposium' in Venice on 11 June 2024.

His panel was about AI, impact assessments and human vulnerabilities, with a special focus on the AI Act and the newly introduced Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment. Other speakers included Leila Beljhad Mohamad from Privacy Network, Martina Turola from the Good Lobby and Vincenzo Tiani from the Brussels Privacy Hub and Panetta Law Firm. The symposium was held in the historical aula magna of Ca' Dolfin at the Universtiy of Venice (Ca' Foscari).
