Privacy Service Point

The Privacy Service Point is responsible for the application of and compliance with privacy legislation.

If you have questions about privacy, you can first contact your privacy officer. The privacy officer will refer you to the Privacy Service Point, if you need the expertise of a data protection officer or lawyer. Examples are:

The Privacy Service Point

The Privacy Service Point consists of privacy lawyers and data protection officers, including at least one independent privacy expert. They:

  • are responsible for overseeing compliance with legal rules.
  • initiate and delegate the implementation of risk assessments and privacy audits.
  • advise the Executive Board.
  • deal with questions and complaints from people both within and outside the organisation.
Data protection officers

To gain a clear view on the risks associated with personal data processing and to prevent irregularities, the Executive Board has appointed two data protection officers.
