ULCN account

When you start working at Leiden University, you will automatically receive a university e-mail address and a ULCN account. Find out what to do if you forget your password or your user name, or if you need other information about your UCLN acccount. 

Printers and telephones

Within Leiden University you can copy, scan or print using so-called multifunctionals. These large copying machines are available at all university locations. A fixed telephone is part of the standard equipment of your university workplace. You can apply for a smartphone via your telephony coordinator.
