The ISSC (ICT Shared Service Centre) helpdesk offers ICT support to all users with a university workplace.

Helpdesk portal

The helpdesk portal is the starting point for questions and requests about ICT and other facility services. Here you can directly ask your question, submit a request or report, and find a solution. You can also track the status of your request in the helpdesk portal.

You didn't find a solution via the helpdesk portal? Then submit a ticket via the helpdesk portal or call the helpdesk on +31 71 527 8888 (weekdays 08.30 - 17.30) for assistance.

ICT support for teachers and students

The helpdesk has a dedicated desk for Education IT support to teachers and students. There are two ways you can get help:

  1. Visit the helpdesk portal and choose the ‘Teaching support & digital learning environments’ tile.
  2. Call the helpdesk +31 71 527 8888 (weekdays 08.30 - 17.30). Choose ‘teacher support’ from the menu. You will then immediately get the right person on the line.

ICT desks

The ISSC helpdesk has ICT desks in some buildings of the university, where you can go with all your ICT-related questions about your workplace.

Reporting incidents

If you have discovered a vulnerability in one of our systems, we would like to hear about it as soon as possible. Report data leaks, phishing and incidents to the ISSC Helpdesk. Read more about reporting incidents.
