Service Point Personnel
The Personnel Service Point can answer all your personnel and administrative questions. It is the front office of the Personnel department of the ASSC (Administrative Shared Service Centre) expertise centre.
Quickly manage your personnel matters
You can easily manage most of your personnel matters yourself via the Products and Services Catalogue (PSC) of the ASSC or via the Helpdesk Portal. The PSC is a database offering an extensive overview of all the administrative services. You can use it to find answers to most personnel questions, instruction manuals and more information about all the support services provided by the ASSC. The PSC will help you with managing personnel matters, such as:
- How to use Serviceplein and SAP Self Service;
- Recruitment and registration of new employees;
- Staff changes (such as changes in position or department);
- General information on terms of employment and the Terms of Employment Individual Choices Model;
- Salary and leave;
- Requesting an employer's statement.
