Service Point PSSC
The Service Point PSSC answers all your personnel and administrative questions. It is the front office of the Personnel Shared Service Centre (PSSC) department. The PSSC is part of the service unit ASSC (Administrative Shared Service Centre).

At the Service Point PSSC you can ask questions about:
- How to use Serviceplein and SAP Self Service;
- Recruitment and registration of new employees;
- Staff changes (such as changes in position or department);
- General information on terms of employment and the Terms of Employment Individual Choices Model;
- Salary and leave;
- Requesting an employer's statement.
Frequently asked questions
The information on an employer's statement enables a bank, landlord or other organisation to determine your income. An employer’s statement can be requested at the PSSC Service Point via this form in the Helpdeskportal. The PSSC Service Point will send you the employer’s statement by email, as quickly as possible.

At the Service Portal, you will find information on submitting expenses claims, applying for a parking pass, reporting sickness, invoices and training, among other things. Go to Service Portal >
You can manage some of your personnel matters yourself through SAP Self Service. For example, you can:
- Register and request holidays
- Make choices for employment conditions
- Claim travel and expenses
- Also view your salary statement.
