New Collective Labour Agreement 2024-2025: outline agreement

The CAO parties announced on 23 July 2024 that they had reached a final outline agreement on the Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch Universities (CAO-NU) 2024-2025. The new CAO runs from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025. The parties will now convert the outline agreements into a final CAO.

The central HR department will process the changes set out in the CAO once the final agreement has been published, and will implement them together with the faculties and centres of expertise. Since the changes take effect at different times, this implementation will be phased. If relevant changes are made, the employees concerned will be notified.
