Annual Report
The Annual Report of Leiden University reports on its teaching, research, innovation, knowledge valorisation, infrastructure, staff and finances. It is the cornerstone of the planning and control process, and is a detailed financial statement on the policy that has been enacted.
Financial statement
The financial statement is an important part of the Annual Report. It provides information on the University’s financial performance.
Adopting the Annual Report
As with the budget, the Annual Report, together with the financial statement, is adopted by the Executive Board and approved by the Board of Governors. The Annual Report is then sent to the Minister of Education, Culture and Science.
