Annual Plan
An annual plan ensures that Planning & Control is embedded in the organisation. The plan states who provides what and when. This means that the right information is available at the right time, allowing for the proper financial management of the University.
All units work together to monitor the financial performance and position of the University in the short and long term. Throughout the year, they provide various documents that make it possible for the Executive Board to make well-founded decisions.
Most important documents
The annual cycle is recorded in an annual plan at the beginning of the year. The most important documents in the Planning & Control cycle are the Annual Report, the budget and the Framework Memorandum. The Quarterly Report is a quarterly review of the University’s financial position. Your controller can access the instructions and timetables for all the reports that belong to the annual plan via the Workgroup FEZ.
