Are you thinking about studying at a university college and are you wondering what studying at Leiden University College The Hague (LUC) is like? Would you like to delve a bit deeper into our programme and have a first hand experience of a sample class? Then make sure to join us for our Experience Day!
What to expect?
The day is crafted for those students who want to experience the programme, so the emphasis is on exactly that: joining a sample class, chatting with our staff and students and exploring the campus. We will also include a general information session, but the main focus there will be on Q&A. We recommend that you join an open day session before coming to the experience day, or if that is not possible, to check out some of LUC's videos on Instagram (listed on the right hand side).
Meet our Staff and Students!
A panel made up of students, staff and alumni are eager to connect with you, present about our academic curriculum, our programme and students' experiences. Choose a sample lecture and join a class with one of our professors. During the Q&A there is lots of room for your questions.
The programme
We are still working out the details of the programme, so stay tuned for the exact schedule. However, you can be certain that the event will take place in the afternoon, and always includes at least one sample class, information market and campus tour, including housing.
Interested?
We have limited capacity, so sign up in time to secure your spot! As the date gets closer, we will continue to update this page with more information about the schedule.
Registration formCan parents join?
We understand that parents and caregives play a key role in the University Exploration process. Parents are welcome to join this event, and are able to join most programme elements. However, parents & caregivers will be offered an alternative information session during the sample classes. The sample classes will mimic a real university setting as much as possible, and you will therefore join them without your parents.
