On March 21, 2025, the symposium ‘Diversity and Inclusion in the Police’ will take place. During this event, we will explore the path from ambition to the realization of a diverse and inclusive police organization. The symposium is intended for scholars, policymakers, and professionals committed to strengthening diversity and inclusivity within the police.

We provide a platform for sharing evidence-based insights and practical tools for an effective approach. This is a unique opportunity to gain new knowledge and exchange experiences with experts and colleagues in the field.
