Leadership in academia transcends individual disciplines. However, despite its multifaceted character, interdisciplinary collaboration remains a challenge. This Interdisciplinary Leadership Symposium brings together researchers from across the university to exchange ideas, explore the diverseness of leadership research, and celebrate the value of inter- and transdisciplinary collaboration in this field.

Why you should attend?

This symposium unites researchers interested in leadership, highlighting the diversity of leadership initiatives in education and academia across the university. The programme includes thought-provoking talks from (guest)speakers and interactive workshops, offering practical insights into conducting leadership research and understanding its impact. We provide you with practical tips at our information market where university representatives will be available to share resources, expertise, and guidance to support new and innovative initiatives.
