On Tuesday 21 May, Anne Zribi-Hertz will tell us more about the project Langues & Grammaires du Monde dans l’Espace Francophone. This project intends to inform teachers of primary schools about the languages spoken in their class rooms. Anne will tell us about the website, and afterwards, we will discuss the possibilities of setting up a parallel Dutch site (‘un site sœur’) in Dutch here in Leiden.
If you are interested in this project and/or possibly would like to contribute (for instance by writing a short language sketch discussing the main features of the language, and focusing on difficulties speakers of that language encounter when learning Dutch) you are very welcome to join us for this meeting. It is possible to come only for the first part of the meeting (information about the project and demonstration of the website). Please do not hesitate to forward this message to others who might be interested!
The meeting will take place in Lipsius 1.24, from 13.30 to 15.00 (the latest).
