Career Service Archaeology presents: LANCE 2024!
We would like to invite you all to join and learn more about networking, what a good CV should look like and to connect with potential employers or internship providers. This event will shape your outlook on the future:
- Get inspiration on what kind of jobs are available for a graduated archaeologist
- Ask questions about internship projects
- Listen to professionals in various positions and talk to alumni
- Bring your CV and let it be checked by a career adviser
- Join the workshop “How to network without feeling like networking”
Programme
You'll find LANCE from 15.00 - 17.00 at the top of the stairs and in the Reuvenshal at the Faculty of Archaeology. Several companies, internal and external internship providers will be attending, such as BAAC, Vriens Archeo Flex, various museums like Rijksmuseum van Oudheden, but also other archaeology related organisations.
During this time there will also be a workshop given by a career adviser, you can bring your CV and have it checked and you can talk with alumni about their transition to the job market in the Living Room. From 17:00 there will be drinks and snacks alongside the market, until 19:00.
