Fancy getting the academic year off to a good start after a well-deserved holiday? Come to the open-air cinema in front of the Kamerlingh Onnes Building on 7 September!
From 20.15 on, all law school students and staff are welcome to secure a seat. The film starts at 20.45 - when it is dark enough - and ends around 23.00.
The evening is an initiative by the Arts Committee of Leiden Law School.
About the film
The 2000 classic Erin Brockovic is based on a true court case. Erin Brockovich, played by Julia Roberts, is a single, divorced mother who starts working at a law firm. When she discovers that people have died because of a company discharging toxins into local drinking water, she sinks her teeth into this multimillion-dollar case.
