Annual lecture
Dr. Hans Petschar, Director of the Bildarchiv und Grafiksammlung at the Austrian National Library in Vienna, will present a talk entitled "Austria’s Present Past: A visual journey through Austrian history 1925 – 2025," which draws from a recent exhibition that he curated entitled "Ein Jahrhundert in Bildern: Österreich 1925-2025."
Award ceremony
The lecture will be followed by the presentation of the "Mr. Hugo Weiland Prize for the Best Thesis in Central European Studies" and a reception.
