RegisterWe will present selected aspects of our research, focusing on food markets as case studies in the cities of Gdańsk, Rotterdam, and Turin, within the framework of the ‘Food Citizens?’ project. We will specifically discuss different meanings behind concepts such as solidarity and diversity through a comparative lens. As we have been working closely as a team throughout the four years of this project, we will also share our experiences and reflections on collaboration and its influence on our methodology.
