Do you have a beloved object and do you like drawing?

During the 4 mornings we will look very closely at an object that you bring with you. It could be something dear to you or ordinary everyday objects.
You will sketch it from different points of view/perspectives. You will receive guidance for this and you will learn what is important when looking/choosing a point of view and sketching.
Attention is paid to technical drawing based on observation and personal interpretation/visual freedom.
We can work with different drawing materials. You can develop the sketches into ready-made drawings or see the sketches as a final work.
If necessary, we can turn it into a booklet, with a cover and a notebook stitch, and perhaps an accompanying text or poem.

Teacher
The lessons are given by visual artist and art teacher Arjenne Fakkel. Arjenne graduated from the KABK in The Hague. She has her studio in Leiden and teaches in various places, including the Lakenhal Museum. She developed, among other things, workshops for people with dementia and their carers and is active for Kunstoprecept. She masters the Dutch sign language.
