All University and LUMC employees are welcome to attend any of the workshops at any of the locations. You can also register for multiple workshops if you are interested.
Topics covered
On Thursday October 18th and Friday October 19th 2018 Health Psychology students will be giving lunchtime workshops in light of the Healthy University Days!
There are 4 topics to choose from:
- Reducing work stress
- Being more active at work
- Sleeping well
- Healthy eating at work
The workshops will last 45 minutes each. You can choose to attend the workshops in 1 of 3 different locations: Willem Einthoven, Gorlaeus Building, Gravesteen or Lipsius. All University and LUMC employees are welcome to attend any of the workshops at any of the locations. You can also register for multiple workshops if you are interested.

What you’ll learn
Not only will you learn about what exactly is healthy according to the latest scientific findings, but also about how to effectively implement behavioural change in a way that suits your own individual needs.
Format
These interactive workshops will offer the latest insights into these topics.. Bring your own lunch, coffee and tea will be provided. After the workshop you will receive a small present as a remembrance to the interesting workshop you’ve attended.
