We want to make it easy for you to do your work at Leiden University. Find out how to submit queries, get help, log issues or request other services.

Use the search bar or tiles in the helpdesk portal to find solutions or log issues or requests. If you cannot find an answer or solution, contact the relevant help desk.

Questions and problems
ICT questions Contact the ISSC Help Desk with questions about software, email, telephone services, laptops and computers, etc.
HR and admin questions Contact the Service Point Personnel with HR and admin questions. For instance, about pay, GROW, employer’s statements and terms and conditions of employment. 
Financial questions Contact the Service Point Finance with questions about financial matters. For example, about purchases, invoices and expense claims. 
Facilities questions Contact the Service Desks and receptions with questions, requests or complaints about facility services.
Questions about privacy and data security Contact the privacy and security officers with questions about privacy and data security. 
Questions from international staff and visiting researchers International staff and visiting researchers can contact the Service Centre International Staff (SCIS) with any questions.
