Parking for guest staff
Guest staff members who are affiliated with Leiden University for a longer period of time can park at one of the university’s parking facilities. A LU-Card is required for a parking subscription. If you do not have a LU-card, you can request a parking subscription in the following way:
- Complete the Right of Access to Parking Form.
- Print the completed form, hand it in at the service desk of the WSD (Witte Singel Doelen Complex), Pieter de la Court or the Gorleaus building and pay directly by debit card. A parking subscription costs € 18,- (incl. VAT) per month. If you choose an annual subscription, you pay € 180,- (incl. VAT).
- The Service desk will forward your request to the Real Estate department.
- You will receive a message when your request has been processed. This usually takes at least one working day.
Parking for contractors
Contractors can apply for a parking pass themselves (Dutch form). The parking pass costs €360 per year or €36 per month (excl. VAT) and must be paid by the contractors themselves.
