Important information about hotel bookings in Leiden and The Hague
Leiden University has fixed price agreements with a number of hotels in Leiden and The Hague. If you are booking a hotel in Leiden or The Hague for work-related guests or for yourself, then you should make use of these agreements. If these hotels are full, or you need to book an alternative hotel for some other reason, then this is allowed. However, in that case you should make a note of your reason for choosing a different hotel. In the event of a periodical procurement audit, the finance department may be questioned about this.
