New teaching preparation process in development: TimeEdit Curriculum (TEC)
From the 2026-2027 academic year, the annual teaching preparation will be processed in TimeEdit Curriculum (TEC). TEC is the curriculum source system in which data is recorded completely and reliably. TEC replaces local Word and Excel files and time-consuming and error-prone manual tasks.
All teaching staff at Archaeology will start working in TEC early in 2026, while preparing the curriculum for September 2026. Over the course of 2025 we will introduce you to the ins and outs, as well as the advantages of TEC.
Advantages of TEC
- More efficient and less error-prone process for teaching preparation;
- Reduction in pressure of work for users;
- Fewer users needed for system management;
- Closer monitoring and meeting of deadlines;
- Clearly defined roles, tasks and authorities;
- Better links with applications through clear definition and recording of data;
- Easier compliance with regulations around archiving and change registration.
