Ans assessment in the second semester

12 February 2025

All teachers who have a digital Ans exam scheduled (in TermTime) have been contacted by ECOLe with confirmation of their exam request. If you have not received confirmation but wish to host your exam digitally in Ans, please find information on requesting exams on the ECOLe website.

Check the onboarding module

The newly released onboarding module for Ans  provides a short introduction to Ans and the levels of support ECOLe offers to help you set up your digital exam. If you have a digital exam scheduled, we urge teachers to walk through this module as soon as possible and fill out the form at the end to inform us of your desired support.

Join a workshop

Workshops will be available on request basis and will be offered starting March. In these workshops we go through the test cycle in Ans and show you what is expected of you as a teacher during this cycle. The process bears close resemblance to Remindo, but with the changed interface of Ans. Schedule a workshop (1,5 hours) for you and your colleagues with us via ecole@hum.leidenuniv.nl.

Visit our walk-in hours

Starting Tuesday February 11th, we will be hosting walk-in hours on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday between 10:00-11:00 through Teams. We will be available to answer your questions about Ans there.

Update on migration status

The migration is in its final stages. All questions have been imported, and the migration of metadata and assignments is nearing completion. All users of Remindo will be contacted when their question bank and courses (assignments) have been finalized. Keep an eye out for our email by the end of February.
