Changes in FSW house rules for parcels and theft
Dear colleagues,
As of today, the house rules have been updated with new procedures regarding parcels and theft. These adjustments aim to enhance security and streamline the handling of mail.
Key changes:
📌 Parcels – The new procedure ensures an efficient and organized handling of business-related parcels received at the reception for Faculty of Social Sciences (FSW) staff. It also clarifies that private mail may not be delivered to the office.
📌 Theft – This procedure informs staff, students, and visitors about the steps to take in cases of theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings, as well as damage to university property, and clarifies the responsibilities of all parties involved.
