This year, the annual Teaching Fair will take on a new format and will be organised as an Education Market. The event will take place on 19 June at the Huizinga building and is designed by and for lecturers. It is the perfect opportunity to gain inspiration, exchange knowledge, and work together on innovating our education. All lecturers are warmly invited to attend, share ideas, and connect in an informal setting.

In addition to the market itself, there will also be a guided tour of the Humanities Hub, where you can explore the Digital Lab, Medialab+, AI Lab, and the film and podcast studio. The event will conclude with a networking reception.

Showcase your success at the Teaching Market!

We are looking for lecturers who are eager to share their experiences with colleagues. Do you have a unique approach or valuable insights that enhance education or help reduce workload? This could include such topics as:

• Teaching large groups: How do you make it interactive and effective?
• Flipping the classroom: How do you ensure that students receive instruction prior to lectures, allowing for more time during lectures for exercises and discussions?
• Innovative methods: Using podcasts, videos, AI or other tools to enrich education.
• Or any other inspiring example!

Through a poster presentation, you will have the opportunity to engage with colleagues at the Teaching Market. By sharing your experiences, you not only inspire fellow lecturers but also contribute to the continuous improvement of our education.
