On Thursday 23 January, the salaries for January 2025 will be paid out. From the same day, the salary statement/pay slip will be available in Self Service. You will receive the 1% wage increase from this month forward.

If you have questions about your salary, please contact the Service Point Personnel. Check the website for the current opening hours of the Service Point. You can contact the Service Point via the Helpdesk Portal or by phone (+31 71 527 5555).

Annual tax statement 2024

We are currently working hard to prepare the annual income overview/annual tax statement 2024. The statement is expected to be available in Self Service (via Remote Workplace) at the end of February/beginning of March 2025. As soon as the annual tax statement 2024 is available it will be announced on the staff members site.

Is your contract ending?

Pleas note: if your contract ends before mid-February, please make sure that your current home address is in our personnel system. Your annual tax statement will be sent to the address that is registered in our personnel system. You can change your address in Self Service, follow the instructions in the Helpdesk portal. Make sure you do that before your contract ends as well as your access to Self Service.
