Salary increase from 1 January 2025
In the CLA NU 2024-2025, two structural wage increases were agreed upon last year. A 3.7% wage increase with effect from September 1, 2024 and a 1% wage increase with effect from January 1, 2025. The 3.7% wage increase was already implemented last year and has since been received by all employees. Meanwhile, the latter 1% wage increase has also been implemented. This wage increase will be included in the salary payment of January 2025, which will be paid as early as January 23 this year.
