Replacing kettles for Quookers - update
Dear Colleague,
As mentioned in the previous announcement, the kettles in the Pieter de la Court building are being replaced with centralized Quookers. These sustainable taps provide instant boiling water, reduce energy consumption, alleviate the electrical grid, and create a safer working environment.
Where can you find the Quookers?
The Quookers have been placed at strategic locations in the building, specifically:
Ground floor: Kitchenette near OSC (operational as of January 22)
1st floor: Kitchenette SOLO (operational as of January 22)
2nd floor: Kitchenette PSY (2A.64) and common room (2C.05b) (operational as of January 22)
3rd floor: Common room (3C.05 and CAOS)
4th floor: Common room (4C.05a and FB)
5th floor: Common room PoWe
Once the Quookers are in use, we kindly request that you take any personal kettles home, as they will no longer be needed.
