Reduce your workload with AI: discover the options in this new workshop
More and more staff at our university are using Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools such as MS CoPilot and ChatGPT to automate routine tasks. Want to optimise your everyday tasks? Come to the ‘Reduce your workload with AI’ workshop and discover the possibilities of AI.
You probably have questions about using these tools. How will they affect your work? What about data privacy? Are you allowed to use these tools in your work? We should emphasise that AI is meant not as a cost-cutting measure but as a way to make our work easier and more efficient. AI can help you free up time for what is important. How best can you do so? This workshop will show you how.
The workshops are funded from the workload reduction fund. As we all know, the workload at our university is high. This is a common concern and is the reason why the University Council set up the fund in the first place.
Who is it for?
The workshop is for all staff, novices and experienced users alike. To help you learn from your colleagues, we have divided the workshops into ones for academic and for non-academic staff. The workshops are also in Dutch or English.
What will the workshop cover?
You will learn about ChatGPT and other AI tools such as Microsoft CoPilot and Perplexity and how to use them. What can you expect?

- AI gotchas: Find out what you should know to use AI safely.
