This program offers you to work on your health during lunch or after work. Not a fan of showing up to work in workout gear? Don’t sweat it, lunchtime sessions come with a no-sweat guarantee. The first 100 participants will receive a sporty surprise, our gift to the real front-runners.
Where and when?
You can soon check the agenda for the session schedule and descriptions. All sessions are held in the Living Lab, except for the bootcamp—that one starts at the entrance. The instructors are professionals from the University Sports Centre. Participation is free, exclusive to FSW staff, and no registration is needed.
