Alteration work on ground floor and fourth floor
Alteration work will start on the old ICT helpdesk located on the ground floor from 6 December. The work schedule will take into account teaching in the adjacent rooms in that area to limit noise disturbance during lectures.
Starting in January 2025, work will also be carried out on the 4th floor in meeting room B4.03. All bookings for that room in January will be moved to another room. You will be contacted if you have booked B4.03 during this time. Although there will be some noise disturbance in January, working hours will be taken into account here too. Any work that involves a lot of noise will be carried out early in the morning or at weekends.
The changes to both areas should be completed by the end of January 2025.
