Work Stress Week 2024: free activities to help reduce work-related stress

5 November 2024

The university is constantly working to improve processes and structures and reduce work pressure but you too can do your bit to beat stress. For example, by moving regularly while at work, taking regular and micro breaks, practising mindfulness, seeking out silence or clearing your mind with a good bout of exercise. During Work Stress Week from 11 to 15 November, you can take workshops on tackling work stress and increasing your vitality.

Programme and registration

In collaboration with My Daily Lifestyle and the University Sports Centre (USC), we are offering a range of workshops and inspiration sessions during Work Stress Week. This week is running in tandem with national Work Stress Week and Student Well-being Week for our students in Leiden.
