Upgrade remote workplace
On Sunday, 17 November, remote workplace will be upgraded from Citrix 2016 to Citrix 2022. The current version is outdated and end of support. The new version has improved security features that will provide an even better protection of your data.
The remote workplace allows you to open a virtual workplace and to access your files and applications that are normally only available on the Leiden University network.
How will the upgrade affect you?
If you make use of applications or the remote desktop via remote workplace (Citrix), then you will notice a slight change in the interface. The overall user experience will remain the same.
