Do you work with personal data? Help us map our processes
Do you process personal data in your work? Do you know a lot about specific processes at the university? If so, we’re hoping you can help us.
The Privacy Office has started an important project to map all processes within our organisation that involve personal data. A complete and up-to-date list of all our data processing will ensure we comply with legislation and help us improve our internal processes.
Are you a knowledge holder?
We are looking for knowledge holders at the university: experts who know all about specific processes. We want to talk to them to double-check whether the current descriptions of these processes are still correct and to add any missing information.
If you are a knowledge holder, a project team member (Willem de Boer or Bas van den Hof) may pop by for a quick chat about a process that you know a lot about. You will not need to prepare for this. The project team wants to do all it can to lighten your workload and record the information as clearly as possible.
Unsure whether you are a knowledge holder? See the decision tree:
Why this is important
This project will not only help us comply with legislation but also create a safe work environment in which student and staff data is handled with care. Together we can ensure we meet requirements regarding privacy and processing personal data.
