How do we offer more space for diversity and talent? Sign up for the Recognition & Rewards Festival
On November 8, the Recognition & Rewards Festival will take place in Ede, with the theme ‘Developing Diversified and Talented Teams’. Both academic and support staff members are warmly invited to sign up. Early-career academics, including PhD candidates, are especially encouraged to register.
Inclusive leadership
Various workshops will be offered during the festival, with this year a focus on teamwork and leadership within academic teams. By participating, you will learn about the role of inclusive leadership in fostering diverse teams. Additionally, you will receive tips and tools for effectively recognizing and rewarding diverse talents. Check the site of the Recognition & Rewards Festival for the full program.
