Faculty Board walk-in session: Tuesday 12 November
These are turbulent times for both the faculty and the university as a whole. Alongside our high workload, we’re also facing considerable budget cuts under the current Dutch cabinet. As a faculty, we need to combine our skills and strengths, and maintain effective communication with each other. It’s the task of the Faculty Board and Academic Directors to guide this process. We can imagine that many of you have questions or would like further information on certain issues.
The Faculty Board is therefore organising a walk-in session on 12 November in the Global Lounge where you can put your questions to them, voice your concerns or suggestions, or even just get something off your chest. Employees will be able to speak to one or several members of the Faculty Board during this session. Dean Suzan Stoter, Vice Dean Jan Crijns, Director of Operations Gertjan Boshuizen and Assessor Roel Kwast will be on hand between 11.00 and 12.00. If you are unable to drop by during these times, you can always email the Faculty Board at bestuurssecretaris@law.leidenuniv.nl.
