End-of-year bonus in November: accrual over 11 months this year
It was agreed in the Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch Universities 2023 – 2024 that from 2024 you will be paid your end-of-year bonus in the month of November instead of December. That makes this year the first time this will happen. As a one-off, this year’s bonus will therefore be calculated over a period of 11 months (January through November 2024). From 2025 you will receive the bonus over 12 months once again, from December 2024 through November 2025.
