Do you need a (new) profile picture? Join the photo shoots for staff members!
Please note: these photo shoots are exclusively for employees of the Faculty of Humanities.
Do you not yet have a photo on your staff profile on the university website (or do you have an outdated one)? In September, a professional photographer (Arash Nikkhah) will be present on two occasions to take new profile pictures for employees of the Faculty of Humanities.
Where and when?
The photos will be taken in Leiden at the P.J. Veth building (Nonnensteeg 3, Leiden): up the stairs at the entrance via the Hortus Botanicus, first door on the left, near the green plant wall
The photographer will be present at the times listed below, with a time slot every 15 minutes that a limited number of staff can sign up for. This is to ensure the photographer has enough time for each photo. So make sure you are present at the beginning of your time slot.
- Tuesday 17 September 2024 from 10:00 to 13:00 in Leiden
- Thursday 19 September 2024 from 10:00 to 13:00 in Leiden
Important to know
During the photo shoot, you will directly select your favourite photo, which we will use for your profile page and possible news items. We will also ask you to sign a quitclaim. Afterwards, you will receive the photo by e-mail, which you can also use personally (for example on LinkedIn).
The costs for the photography are high, so we would like to ask you to only schedule the photo shoot if you do not yet have a profile picture on the website or if you have not used our photo session in the past two years.
