Upgrading service desks in KOG entrance hall
After delays to the renovation work plans due to the discovery of a section of concrete under the floor (renovations KOG entrance hall) we’re now back on schedule. During the El Cid week, starting on 12 August, the main entrance will be open once again. The following week, however, some finishing touches including painting work will still need to be done in the entrance hall.
Central service point
Next Monday, on 8 July, besides the current renovation work in the entrance hall, work will start to upgrade the services desks. This work will be finished by 26 July at the latest. All service departments, including the Reception, Service Desk and ISSC Helpdesk will then be located next to each other. This will create a central service point that enables us to provide more efficient services and better serve the needs of our staff and students.
Temporary locations for Reception and Service Desk
The work to upgrade the service desks means that from Monday 8 July a temporary Reception will be located next to room A0.14. The Service Desk has already been relocated to room A0.02. The tea and coffee pantry in the corridor will remain in use throughout this period.
